Established in 2010, Champion Aerobic Gymnastics Clubs primary goal is to promote fitness, health, confidence and well-being through the sport of gymnastics. Here at Champion we focus on the development of each individual child, regardless of age and ability level. Our coaches are highly trained and are dedicated to the devlopment of every student.
Aerobic Gymnastics can be described as a new dimension of gymnastics which is very Energetic, Dynamic and Exciting! Athletes taking part in this sport are required to demonstrate Strength, Flexibility, Power, Agility and Dance. Our Teddington and Gillingham based club offers classes to children of all ability levels. Many of our club members are here to develop their general fitness, strength, co-ordination and most importantly confidence. Champion sessions include activities such as Team Games, Movement to Music, Strength Circuits, Flexibility Training, Acrobatic Training and Choreography work. All of our club members have the chance to perform in our club displays and performances. This is equally as exciting for the parents of the club, who get a chance to see how their child is progressing through their training with us.
A selection of our competitive squad members train many hours per week, developing their complex routines towards National and International competitions. We have a history of past and present British Aerobic Champions and Great Britain squad members. Our coaches are highly dedicated and experienced individuals, striving to support and develop each and every gymnast at the club.
